Pimenta Dioica

Pimenta dioica also known as the All spice tree. This tree grows to heights of 15 to 30 feet tall. The trunk measures 8 to 12 inches in diameter. The name All spice was given because the flavour of the dried berry resembles a combination of cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg. All spice is one of the most importand ingredient used in Jamaican cuisine.
