Yes, this is part of our service that is included in your stay. You only need to tell the chef what food you would like to eat, and shopping will be done for you. Actual foods costs are for the account of the guests.

Yes, daily cleaning is included in your stay.

The security deposit is US$5,000.00. It is refunded within 14 days following your stay providing there is no damage.

The deposit requirements are listed in our Service Agreement.
Initial Deposit (on acceptance of the Agreement):

• US$1,000 for proposals totalling $2,500 - $10,000
• US$5,000 for proposals totalling $10,000 - $50,000
• US$10,000 for proposals totalling over $50,000
• 120 Days Before Arrival: 25% of the Services total
• 60 Days Before Arrival: 100% of the Services total

There are daily flights from Miami International Airport to Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport in St. Kitts and direct flights from London Gatwick and flights from Paris France to St. Martin and from there to St. Kitts and Nevis. There are also routes through other Caribbean islands. During the high season there are direct flights from Toronto to St. Kitts on Air Canada.
